Sh T K Razdan

Sh T K Razdan has been in Hospitality Education for about 4 decades. During his illustrious career, he has been a mentor, consultant and a distinguished trainer. He has been on the Board of Studies of various Universities in the stream of Hotel Management in which capacity he has been involved in development and up gradation of curriculum.

As an academician, he has taught at IHM Srinagar and Dr. Ambedkar IHM, Chandigarh. His core area of teaching is Food Production. Shri Razdan has done his specialization in Culinary Arts from Culinary Institute of America. He later joined CIHM Chandigarh as Principal and was instrumental in upgrading the institute to the National Level. During his stint as Principal he was also responsible for the operations of Hotel Chandigarh Beckons (An applied Hotel Craft Training Centre) and turn it into a profitable unit.

He is also an empanelled Trainer with DoPT Govt. of India and has conducted training courses across the country in the areas of Direct TrainerSkills ( DTS), Mentoring Skills and Training Needs Analysis.

Sh Razdan has been actively associated with various Chef’s associations and as President of the Chef’s Association of Five Rivers (CAFR) registered under the aegis of Indian Federation of Culinary Associations (IFCA) and World Associations of Chefs Societies (WACS) been instrumental in connecting and uniting the Chefs of the region.

He was associated with ICI Noida, a Premiere Culinary Institute set up by the Govt. of India as a Technical Expert.
